Hi

I've had OWA working on an sbs server with exchange 2000.

It's now stopped working, All I get when accessing is a message saying Internet explorer cannot display the web page

It's normally accessed using the format

At that point a user name and password is requested.

Its now not functioning. I've checked the user properties and OWA is enabled and in the exchange virtual server is enabled.

I have found on the web a help file that tells me to go to the advanced view in users and then to Switch to the Exchange Advanced tab and click the Protocol Settings button.
from the Protocols page, click HTTP.

I don't seem to have that tab although I have selected the view advanced option.

Has anyone any ideas?

thanks

Ian

if you cant see the Exchange Advanced Tab then you need to make sure you are using AD from the exchange server itself or install the exchange AD snap-in.

Do a quick test in a command prompt:
telnet x.x.x.x 80

if you get an error then the web service isn't running assuming your http is on the standard port 80.

Thanks

I'll check it out

Ian
