OWA Setup / Starting point

I am in the process of implementing an Exchange server to our organization. One of the items that we are also looking at is OWA.
What should I look at for a proper setup?
Where do I start?
Ect...

We have a Firewall in place and a seperate server for Exchange, but from there not sure what to do..

Any information would be helpful
