In the view section of Outlook Web Access `sent items` the SENT TO doesn't appear with standard users, but it does appear when I log in as administrator.

The server that is the OWA is NT4 with IIS4, the INETPUB folder has DOMAIN USERS with full rights and the EXCHSRVR folder has the DOMAIN USERS with full rights also. I'm stumped.

Please help.

Interesting. You are making me do some homework there. I have the same problem. When I login as myself or someone that has Administrator privleges I can see the "Sent to" but not if I login as a standard user. I wonder if it has something to do with permissions from (in my case anyway) c:\exchsrvr\webdata I noticed the "everyone" group had change permission. When I gave them Full Control I was able to see the "Sent to" while logged in as a standard user.

Try that and let me know out of curiosity.

Your a helpful little cat Zoey, but I'm afraid that didn't work.. :^( *sigh*

I will work on the permissions and let you know.

Thanks!

Hi,

I have had the same problem on OWA 5.5.
Although I can select "Sent-to" in the OWA view when I am using Admin account, I can't while I am using a user account.

Webdata folder permission is "Everyone Full Control"..

I am trying to change other folder permission.. let's see..

Any help/suggestion ?

Thanks in advance,
Robert
