OWA READ RECEIPT

hi,

how come i'm not recieving any read receipts when someone reads an email and i'm logged in thru owa?
we have exchange 2k/win2k servers. thanks.

Maybe they are disabled for the internet, check with the Exchange admin (if that is not you).
After all, OWA is internet from Exchange point of view.

unfortunatley i am the administrator albight not by choice.
any ideas as to what needs to be done? thanks.

found out how to do it. it's an option when sending email messages in owa.
