I have a user with a list of 300 something addresses that he sends to periodically. In office, he's able to copy and paste this list into the BCC field with no problem. From home, he uses OWA and when trying to paste to the BCC field, only the first address out of the list gets pasted. I've tried to create a custom distribution list for him, but the max. number of recipients is somewhere around 160.
Also, the list changes frequently, so having to update his distro. list is an extra burden.
While a hard working guy, he's not computer savvy and multiple distribution lists are going to be beyond his grasp.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Training! If things are beyond him, help him understand.
After all, OWA is basically just 'browsing' so explain him the differences and the limitations.

If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, expect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.

Differences and limitations.... in both users and technology. This would include the capability of grasping anything beyond point and click. A 1/2 hour training session to teach this user how to copy a file to a floppy and back showed me that I've seriously got to make this a no brainer.
I'm looking for a practical solution, my users are by far the least technically savvy people that I've ever had to work with, management included. I'm a one person shop, and my time constraints don't allow for a lot of one on one training, nor does management see much need.

Any other ideas??

Welcome to the wonderful world of zero-brainers.
I have my share too, don't worry, but if they do now make an effort, I keep going but warn them my time (and their bill) keeps ticking.
Certain things just need to be doen in some way, so they either learn or give up.

Only thing that comes to mind is to create a string of the recipients in the format user1@server.com;user2@server.com...user300@server.com, then cut and paste that into the BCC.

I do not know if there is a limitation in OWA when doing this, however, so you'd have to test it.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
