OWA (Outlook Web Access in Exchange 2000)

When using OWA(Outlook Web Access) through a browser i get to the logon screen and then receive the following error

HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable

I have reinstalled exchange 2000 and iis but thye problem is still persisting. Please can someone help as i have tried everything including microsoft articles and it still doesnt work

Try loading Exchange SP3. This seems to fix and clear up issues with OWA
