OWA only allowing Admin's

I have had E2K running for about a year now without any problems. I installed an Eval version of GFI Mail Essentials to filter spam and it was working fine as well.

I then purchased the paid version and reinstalled it. Now only admin level accounts can access OWA. Users with less access cannot. GFI swears it has nothing to do with their software though it is the only change in the past month to the server.

What access within IIS, AD or at the file level might be preventing regular Domain users access? I know something changed.

Make sure the authentication settings in both IIS (owa site, exchweb folder) and Exchange System Manager HTTP virtual server /Exchange match EXACTLY.
