We recently upgraded from SBS 2000 to SBS 2003. I used to be able to logon on OWA. Now I cannot, we have a SonicWall
SOHO3 and I see the port 80 and 443 are open. What can I do
to get back on? I am trying to logon from a Windows 2000
Pro and a WinXP machine. I can remote connect on to the
server. Thanks for all your help.

Did you installed the service packs for exch 2003 ? Without them, OWA doesn't seem to work. I had the same problem on 3 different Exch2k3 installs and the SP solved the problem.

Yep, installed SP1 last night and still cannot logon OWA.
This is frustrating to say the least.

With SP1 are you able to open exchange within from the server that's running exchange ? How about from another pc inside the lan ?

I can logon to OWA from within the LAN. I can even login
via remote access from outside to the server just cannot
logon to OWA.

Port 80 and 443 are 'open', ok, but are they forwarded to the correct IP (the Exchange Server)?

Where would I find if it is forwarded to the correct IP?

uh .. on the router or firewall ?
