I have just done a fresh install of OWA on to a new server and can connect to the inbox okay and open the mail, however the 'From', 'cc' etc display okay but the actual message bopdy appears blank.

Have I forgotton to open a port or something?

Thanks

Jon

I just recently had this same problem. We have Exchange 5.5 SP4 and we use Outlook 2000. I installed Outlook 2003 on a few computers and this install added an additional line of code to the Exchange server. This effected anyone that does not have a Outlook 2003 account. The ones the have Outlook 2003 can open OWA and see the messages fine. The ones that do not have Outlook 2003 cannot. Once way around it for right now is that if the non Outlook 2003 users click the "reply" or "forward" button the text or body of the e-mail show up. This may be your way around it until Microsoft has a solution. If have searched all over for a solution and have yet to find one.

Turns out our problem was to do with the installation of patch MS03-047.

Reinstalled OWA and it is now working properly.
