Hi all,

We are running Exchange 2000 in a small company setting.. Does anyone know off hand why I and my other colleagues can't see anything older than current "unopened" email using Outlook Web Access?? The background just in case it helps build a pattern is this:

Someone had installed the IISLockdown tool and was recently removed because it was creating too many headaches with "public" folders.. now this may have no correlation to this OWA problem but thought I'd mention it anyway.. Also, we temporarily lost the ability to see our corporate Web site which hosted internally by the same company, until I figured out the directory path in Internet Systems Manager (ISM) and now works.. I know the INBOX emails aren't truly gone because when users come to the office they are able to see all their emails using Outlook client, so some setting has been changed toward seeing OWA emails.. Also, when someone sends me an email thru OWA, I can see it as an unread email in my inbox, but once I read it -the email will vanish as did all the others? what setting is in disarray?? Anyone know?
Thanks for any info you can provide.
