I am having a problem. We have an office in another city.
When they log in to OWA and read their email all is fine.
When they try to foward or reply when they click on either
of those buttons the message body disappears. Can anyone
help?

Change to HTML format on the receiving end instead of RTF. I think that's the issue.

Argh...I don't think that's it, but test it. Have someone send an email in HTML and one in RTF and see if it does it to the RTF and not the HTML. You change the format under the Options menu in Outlook.

But if they are logged in through OWA using IE do the
settings in Outlook affect it? I thought OWA was only a
web based program. Are there settings in OWA I can check?
Thanks for helping and I hope we can figure this out.

I know this may be unrelated but have you tried reinstalling Office? Sometimes OWA inter-relates with MSOFFICE (I.E - Word program). Try reinstalling Word? If I can find any articles I will pass them on. I'm just throwing out something to try.
