Can anyone help?
A few users are having problems out on customer sites whereby when they log into OWA across the internet from the customers network, they are not given any data in their profile.
They can connect to our exchange server as the log in box appears and they are authenticated, but when the profile loads all the mailboxes and calander are empty. THis only seems to happen when the user is coming from some but not all corporate networks.
DOes anyone know any reason for this? My idea is that the customers firewall is not letting that kind of traffic through. The thing is, I thought it was all HTTP traffic. IS that not the case? are the OWA templates HTTP traffic and the users data something else?
Thanks for your help
