OWA 2003 permits some basic junk email filtering, sending any messages from "Blocked Senders" into your "Junk E-mail" folder. It does nto process the same way as Outlook does.
To use:
1. In the Navigation Pane, click on Options.
2. In the Privacy and Junk E-mail Prevention section, check Filter Junk E-mail.
3. Click on "Manage Junk E-mail Lists."
4. Click on Add... under Block Senders List
5. Type an email address or domain into the text box.
6. Click OK to close the Manage Junk E-mail Lists dialog box.
7. Click Save and Close.
You may also Edit existing entries or Remove them entirely.
NOTE:
When checking incoming messages, your junk e-mail filter gives precedence to e-mail addresses over domains. For example, suppose the example.com domain is on your Blocked Senders List and the address somebody@example.com is on your Safe Senders List. The address somebody@example.com will be allowed into your Inbox, but all other e-mail addresses with the domain example.com will be sent to your Junk E-mail folder.
When entering domains, you don't need to include the "at" (@) sign. Outlook Web Access automatically adds it.
