OWA - IUSER Account lockout

Hello,

Ive got Exchange 2003 on a 2003 Domain controller.
Ive enabled OWA which is working until for some unknown reason the IUSER account for Anonymous to the EXCHWEB folder in IIS locks out.

When the account locks out, the user will recieve the error 440 Login Timeout.

To clear the error I have to Unlock the IUSER account in Active Directory, and go to IIS > EXCHWEB folder and reset the password on the IUSER account here.

It will work for a few days, then it will become locked out again.

Im stumped.
