OWA Formatting problem

Hi All,

Hope some outlook/OWA expert can offer an opinion here. I have an end user who sends email messages. When I receive these email messages in outlook2000 at work (connecting to Exchange Server) the email messages are formatted fine (I.E - The sentences are formatted good). But when I read these same email messages in OWA the sentences are unwrapped).

Does anyone have any idea on what I need to check in his outlook2000 settings that would help me out?
