When we send email via OWA to specific external recipients, the email arrives as an attachment to them. When the same email is sent to the same domain via the regular Outlook client, it arrives intact as one would expect an email to arrive. This only seems to be affecting one domain that we send to. Any ideas?
It was always my assumption that OWA does not do anything to alter the header of the email, prompting an anti-virus system to respond in an unfavorable way... but could that be happening?
