OWA Change PW Option not showing?

Hi All,

I've got Exch2003 on Win2003, enabled the option in the reg according to the articles, etc., and STILL - the button doesn't show up in OWA (under Options) after several reboots/restarts of IIS, etc. All other OWA functions work well. Is there something I'm missing?

As well as the reg settings you need to create a VD in the OWA site for IISADMPWD

Thank you for replying and for your help! I've already done the IISADMPWD instructions, along with the instructions in both of those articles (sorry I did not mention that). I find that I can actually launch and use the Change PW feature by directly connecting to the pages in the IISADMPWD directory, so I think I've done that right.

What is puzzling is that I don't even have the Change PW option even displaying in OWA, which is supposed to be the simplest part (the one reg hack).

Are you using HTTP or HTTPS in the URL when logging into OWA

If you're using a FE-BE solution you will need to create the password change Virtual directory and modify the registry entry on the Back-End server also. You do not have to configure SSL on the Back-End.
