OWA Blackberry BIS issue 1

I have a strange issue. I just tried to setup a Blackberry to connect to my SBS 2k3 server using the BIS server. I have at least 6 other Blackberry's currently working this way with this server. Anyway, I am unable to configured the Blackberry. Here is what I have determined the problem to be.

The problem is with the users mailbox. If I go to

https://mail.domain.com/exchange

I get the OWA login and I can successfully login under the users account. But the Blackberry's take it one step further. I need to be able to login successfully at

https://mail.domain.com/exchange/mailbox

When I try this, I get the OWA FBA page and enter the credentials then I get 404 page cannot be displayed. This is not an issue with the current Blackberry users.

I do have OU's setup on AD. I have two offices connected via a VPN and an OU for each office. The remote office OU does not work when attempting to go to

https://mail.domain.com/exchange/mailbox

But the main office does.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this since the mailbox is there. OWA works with the normal OWA address. Outlook Anywhere works great. I just can't get the blackberry to work. Any ideas??

Ok, so I got this working. There is apparantly and issue with the Alias of the users in this OU. So I did as follows

https://mail.domain.com/exchange/user@domain.local

and that worked like a champ. So on the Blackberry, I specified user@domain.local as the mailbox instead of the alias user.
