My OWA works fine within our LAN, however when you try to access the page from outside (internet) we cannot reach it. I have a public IP address bound to our exchange server. I think everything is in place so why is it that I get a page cannot be found error when I attempt to access it from outside? I have a feeling that maybe the firewall is blocking the traffic. Are there any specific ports that I need to open up on the firewall to allow specific traffic to the exchange server(port 80 maybe?)Thanks in advance...

I believe ports 80 and 443 are the standard for Exchange...

Correct, 80 and 443 are the only ports you'll need open for OWA. Are you using NAT to translate from a public address to a private address, or is the Public Address bound directly to the LAN adapter of the server? The second scenario is messy, you really want to use NAT instead.

Actually, you typically need one or the other. If you're using SSL (recommended), then you just need 443. If you're not, then just 80.
