OWA & IE Send Report

I have a problem when I try to run OWA from most but not
all WIN2K machines and it doesn't seem to happen with WIN
98. I get a "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a
problem" and OWA fails. The "click here" takes me to:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
datime.dll ModVer: 6.1.9.727 Offset: 0001260c.

I get the option to "Restart Microsoft Internet Explorer" which when checked reloads IE but still won't run OWA.

You also get the option to send the report to Microsoft.

We cannot get this problem resolved. It's a 50/50 chance. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Any suggestions???
