OWA Access Question

We have a exchange 2000 server that hosts 2 domains. The server is hosted on IIS 5.0.

We use OWA for web access 2 users can not login to the site. These 2 users belong to the second domain that can not connect to the site. Other users of the 1st domain are not experiencing problems.

These 2 users belong to the same domain as the primary users.

Both domains have separate MX records, A Records and the domains are:

Http://mail.yourdomain.com/exchange

(no problems with login)

Http://mail.yourdomain.net/exchange

(problems with login)

When I ping both domains are reply ok.

Any Ideas??

I have corrected the login problem by creating another virtual dirdctory on the exchange server.

But know I have the followinb problem?

the 2 users who who access

http://mail.yourdomain.net/exchange

are able to log into OWA; but when they choose to open any e-mail is displays

"page cannot be found. HTTP 404 - file not found" error. This even happen when they attempt to read email.

Other users of

http://mail.yourdomain.com/exchange

can access OWA with no problems.

Any ideas? Please help.
