On a WinXP desktop (also works with my Win2K laptop) I can connect with OWA to my work exchange 2003 server using a 56K dial-up ISP connection (MSN), but can't connect (or takes a very very long time >5 min's) when using my cable modem (Adelphia). All other sites seem to work fine and much faster with the broadband connection (of course). Any suggestions?

Have you got any firewall software installed? Or are your running exchange on SSL, HTTPS? OWA also tries to use Integrated authentication when available, maybe your ISP is confusing Exchange. You can try to turn off Integrated Authentication in IIS for the "Exchange" Virtual directory.
