Hello,

exchange 2003 OWA, XP client, all updated. When clicking on a new appointment and looking at another user's availability, it says "service unavailable". It worked fine a week ago, and the Outlook application still works fine.

There are a couple errors: event id 8213 (exchange system attendant)

Any ideas?

Thanks for this, however if it works with the Outlook application, then it shouldn't be anything to do with the services should it?

Is there a particular service that's responsible for the free/busy info in OWA exclusively?

Permissions should be fine: The user can access free/busy info in her OL app.

thanks.

Update:
When I click on the availability tab in OWA, it still says "service no longer available".

When clicking on public folders, there is a 503 "service unavailable" error:

If anyone has had this error, please advise.

Thanks!
