Has anyone seen with the 3.0.17 or other builds where you can not change the destination voicemail box of a hunt group?
Example:
Hunt Group: BobGroup(Extension 310)
In Voicemail Pro, I add the group, "BobGroup" with startpoints of collect and leave. For collect, I assign a "Get Mail" action to go to 210, (User Bob, Extension 210). Similarly with Leave, I have a "Leave Mail" action with a specific value at 210.
The problem is, the Voicemail box for "BobGroup" picks up in either case instead of "Bob"?
Is there something else that needs to be done?
Is this supported?

The idea is to have personal hunt groups and to have VM for the group goto the extension assigned to the person's phone.

Any help appreciated!!!

The calls are routed to the group, which has the user as its only member, and then overflows to a coverage group. Then it goes to Hunt group VM if no-one answers. That's where we were trying to send it back to the user's Voicemail instead.

What you are trying to do should work. Are you using the username or the extension number in the Leave Mail action? They behave differently sometimes.

On the VoiceMail Tab of the Hunt Group in Version 3 there is a Broadcast option that will play the Hunt Group greeting and store the message in the hunt group users mailboxes. I'm not sure if this will help with what you are doing.

I think I figured out what's going on. I had a Start Point of DirectVM, used to transfer callers to Voicemail. This had a menu linked to a leave mail action that stored the DTMF digits and went to that mailbox (Group). I was trying to overwrite that leave action with another Leave Mail action on the Group that left the VM in the User Box. Apparently you cannot overwrite a Leave Mail with a Leave Mail. I think it breaks the logic flow, but maybe that's what Avaya intended?

The broadcast would work if it would auto-delete from the HG after Broadcast.
