override location directive 1

I have a requirement where i have to use basic authentication for all urls starting with /servlet/com.xx.yy except for one URL of the form /servlet/com.xx.yy.zz.
Can this be achieved using the Location directive in apache server 1.3.12
Is there any other way of doing this??
