Overflowing to multiple sites

Everything seems to go against this but got to ask the question.
Customer wants calls to come into hunt group then overflow to 3 other branches ringing the groups at each site, with all extensions at all sites ringing at same time, hunt groups not forwarding offsite in group mode seems to stop this dead. Any ideas???

Switch the people in the hunt groups at the remote sites to IP Hardphones registered against the HQ switch... *smile*

Seriously I think that would be the only way to give them what they want.
