Over Head Paging System 1

On our Option 81, we dial 55 to user the over head paging. Someone has it locked. How do I find out what DN or TN is being used for the 55? I need to reset it so paging goes back off and allow music to play.

You need first known the paging TN in use.

LD 80
. trac 0 55

Then you can to see the TN in use and after enter following command in LD 80

LD 80
.trak TN (loop shel card unit)

Prt the DNB of 55 that will give you the Route number then go to LD 21 and do LTM for that route to get a list of TN's.

YOU CAN DISABLE THE TN IN LD 32 IF THAT DOESN'T DROP IT GO TO LD 14 AND DO A CHG ON THAT TN AND TRUNK TYPE THAT WILL DROP IT FOR SURE

If this is a re-occuring trouble you may want to look into forced disconnect.

i changed my page route to a wat, takes away the att page button (made it a adl to the route acod) then on the timer tfd =30 forces a disconect after 30 seconds.. used to hang once a week, hasn't had a problem for 10 months
