ovdn to callpilot 1

Just switched from MM to CP 703T. I have a help desk acd that overflows after 2 minutes. However, I just found out unlike MM ovdn can't go to a cdn. What is the work around for this so the callers can go that mailbox after timer is meet????

Have you tried a non DID number with a mailbox built out for that non DID?

I'v built another acd and ncfw that number to cp. I've entered the new acd in the ovdn. Also added that number as an extension dn in that mailbox. Still not going... Also have built this number as a phatmon dn. no change..

Try adding the OVDN to the call pilot as a SDN and build a application pointing to the SDN.

Actually what I've done is taken the acd for the voice mail agents added that number to the sdn table as a voice messaging service. I've entered the acd number to the ovd and it is now working...
