I printed the TN I had to out, then misread the 8 as a 0 (time to get some glasses) and now I outted the wrong phone. This phone is in an office three hours behind me. Is there a way to undo this? In 15 years this is the first time I ever did this...thanks.

Can you reset the system? That will work if an EDD has not been performed. Other then that I'm not aware of anything, unless you have OTM/MAT that would have the TN programming.

I'm not at that site, and no-one else can do it. Thanks anyway. I'll have to wait for someone to start screaming, I guess.

If you can out the TN you should be able to rebuild it, just use the print out you said you made.

i printed TN 7-8. But when i went to out it i misread the TN as 7-0. So i outted 7-0 and have no record of it.

once a month i prt a complete tnb, put it into an excel, just for that reason.

Depending on who you have a service contract with they may have downloaded everything in an ebook. It's worth a shot.

I have twenty offices so that's a big task but I may have to do just that. My maintenance provider has absolutely no information that can ever be of any value to me. thanks anyway.

it's a pain here with just a few sites, but with over 10K tn's it's a big task and a large file. i print the tnb with a script file that starts as 3 am and is usually finished by the time i get here. lazy people use scripts to a fault

Well worth a shot. If you know the PDT password there is a way to reboot the system. Not sure of command but have have seen it done.

repeat the password after logging in then answer yes. then drive 50 miles if the switch hangs.. i would rather have a maint man or a sec do a power cycle.. i wouldn't do either, with no database record i would wait for the user to report
