Hi all
I use bc10 system and application link 4.0 sp9.03
This error message is retrieved for an extension 5635
when i check it from ncsta tool of application link i can not start a new monitor job for this extension. I deleted this extension completely from MD , and tried to start monitor for same extension 5635 on application link, and md gave the same error message "outstanding request limit exceeded",even there is no extension such as 5635
So i suspect that md has a buffer for some CSTA jobs.
Is there any way to delete 5635 on buffer..
I don't want to stop application link service because it's critical for us.the calls are routed to agents with genesys ACD intelligency with the help of Application Link system
Is there any table to be modified on MD with sacos. or etc.
