Currently my Meridian 1 Option 11c is set up to accept 8 & 9 to secure an outside line. However, I have ACDs that begin with 8.

How do I disable 8 from securing an outside line?

Go to LD 86 and do a
REQ PRT
CUST 0
TYPE ESN
and see if you have 8 at the AC2 prompt.
I really don't see how you can have 8 to dial out
and have ACD queues that begin with 8, the pbx won't
let you have that because of numbering conflict unless
you have more than one customer # defined or you have
trunk access codes that start with 8 and then they
would have to be more than just one digit (8) 8x,8xx,8xxx

Your using ACOD dialing. Do a DNB of 8 and post here.

glad i'm not playing with that switch..
