If you don't have Acrobat pro, the short answer is no. I'm assuming that you actually set up teh doc to be 4 letter sized pages and not one lanscape tabloid with 2 sections on it.
However, the fix is easy. Make a copy of your document. Open that and open the Pages window. Go to View menu and pick Entire pasteboard to make things easy to visualize. Then, in the Pages menu, select you want to be #1 and move it over the first page in the pages window. You'll see the change on the pasteboard. Repeat as necessary.
In the future, you shouldnot have to bother with this. If it's going to a pronter they impose the thing (put pages in proper order for printing). Depending on your version of ID, you might have a basic imposer. Look on the file menu for InBooklet. If you have that, you can impose and save a new imposed copy of your work without losing the proper order.
If you have Acrobat pro, you can rearrange pages by showing the Page panel and dragging the page number box over the thumbnail of the page you want it to replace.
