Output to Snapshot

I'm trying to create reports which I can send Via e-mail. I've already created the snapshot image of my report, but when i convert it to snapshot, you can only see the report header information. All the details remain balnk. When i print the report from the snapshot, all the information appears on papaer. Does anyone know how i can get this information to be viewable in the snapshot file itself?
