Outook 2003 Default Contact List View

Outlook 2003 on Exchange: When you click on the Contact View button at the bottom, by default the personal Contact list is the one that opens and shows in the list. My customer does not want her personal Contact list to be in that view. She only wants the Public Contact list in the view.

I know I can add the Public Contact list to the favorites and it will show up, but the customer does not want to see her personal Contact list at all....

This was one of the changes that I didn't really like in OL2003. The workaround that I use is to use the Shortcut tab and add only the folders that the user wants to see and use regularly. That way it can be kept really clean and personalised.
