Outlooks Deleted Files Folder

I need to create a server side rule to have all employees Deleted Files folder emptied each time Outlook is closed.
Can anyone help me with this?

Download the Office Resource Kit which will give you the Outlook.ADM file and Office.ADM file. You will then be able to import these templates into a GPO and force the setting.
