from yesterday evening 4.15 on words my inbox mails are disapeared, i can see mails which i recived from 4.15 on words. previously i have 3000 emails in inbox. I checked the size of inbox.dbx and size is 360MB. so i have date but i am not abel to see in inbox. How can i get back my mails in inbox. Please help me out on this.

Try to go through the import function, just to see if he finds them.
Take a backup of you mailfolder FIRST!

PS: to help you out: 'on words' is written 'onwards'

i copied folder and saved on hard disk. I tried import , at time of import it saying it can not all emails it cause some error. but it does not saying any error.

But yesterday the illigal program got and same thing i got today morning also. so i saved details

what i done is through network i copied the folder and save in another system and tried to import over local machine outlookexpress then it imported only those mails which i recived from yesterday eveneing 4.15

i think if i reinstal also it will be same .
Any suggestions on this.

Just a thought, I ran a dual boot win98/XP and wanted to use the same mail folders for both. Instead of importing the messages I told OE to use my win98 OE's folder as it store. Tools/options/maintenance clicked the "store folder" button then "change" found the old folder then "ok". I had to restart OE but everything was there!
