Outlook98 Calendar problems

I have a user An important one that tell me sometimes his calendar entries just disappear. I believe him he's sharp
Any suggestions appreciated We use NT 4.0,SP6a,Outlook98

I see this problem pop up quite a bit at my company. The trick is to delete the user's .ost file, change the NoOST value in the registry to 3 and relaunch Outlook (cancel on creating a new .ost file if prompted). Good Luck.
