Is there any way or freeware that is capable of using the birthdays in the "contacts" to aoutomatically generate reminders or alerts on the calender without having to enter each one individualy ?
Thnx for any help

Do a google search on "outlook birthday reminder". There are several links that describe various ways to accomplish this, as well as several software packages, some shareware, to do this.
