Outlook2003 Signatures not Saved

We are running published apps and load balancing, on the four servers in the farm. Outtlook03 is oneof those published apps.We have noticed that when a user gets switched servers(via load balancing )the signature setting in outlook defaults to <none> and the user must change the setting back each time.
The signatures are there in the profile ,but the option is changed to <none>

Any Idea what I could do to fix this.

From what I am told they are using roaming profiles here and 99.9% of the settings stay the same.
