Outlook2003 New Form

I've been asked to create someway for people to know when new items have been posted in the global bulletin boards under 'public folders'.

I thought of when outlook opened, a custom form would open listing the new posts in a listbox where a person could click them and can then view them.

First off, is this even possible? Secondly, I've just fiddled around and wrote some code but when I run it, I get a message box saying "The macros in this project has been disabled".

Does anyone know what would give this error message? Other than security settings?

I've gotten rid of the error message and my custom form pops up but how would you add new bulletin messages (subject perhaps) to the listbox?
