We upgraded all of our users to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 98 and a small percentage of them get the following error message when trying to open .TIF files that were sent to them as attachments:
Can't create file: *.tif. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.
It only happens when they try to open the TIF file in Outlook as an attachment. If they save it first, it opens up fine.
I think A15 posted a similar problem but no solution was posted. Any luck A15? or anyone? Thx
