I have a user who is going to be away from the office for a couple of weeks. Recently, I have set up 2 computers to use Remote Access Server to receive/send email over phone line.
On this particular pc, when I open Outlook2000 (while offline) and select "Offline", I can get into the email. When I click on the "Send/Receive" button to check for new mail, it automatically dials out, logs on the network, signs on the Exchange Server, but then receives ALL the messages, even though I did a sync. This user has over 1000 messages and trys to download them again, but I only want to download the new ones.
Where can I change this so that it only downloads the new messages that are on the Exchange Server?
The other 2 computers don't do this.
