I have a user that is having difficulties with outlook. Once this user is authenticated on the exchange server, he can get his email. Then all of a sudden, the exchange server will not accept his password. I have to reboot the server for this user to authenticate and get his email. Any ideas?

What versions of Outlook & Exchange are you running?

How do you connect to Exchange? do you use POP3?

ops...sorry!! we are using office xp with outlook and connecting with exchange server 5.5
