I've seen this problem before, but I can't remember what solved it. In Outlook 2000, every once in a while, incoming emails suddenly default to 75% zoom level when opening them. This is a pain in the butt when you have dozens of emails to check. It doesn't appear to happen on every email, but enough to be a problem.
Is there a default setting somewhere that can force all incoming emails to be viewed at %100? Does it have something to do with word-wrap or viewing an entire page?
