I recently deployed SP3 for Office to one of our sites. Since then, the outlook clients are having trouble with mail delivery. It is almost like the clients are set to work off line and to check for new mail at a certain interval. I have checked and none of the settings have changed. They should be receiving their mail as soon as it is delivered to the server, as in the past.
