Hi,

I have a problem that someone out there may be able to help me with.

I have a user who always types the recipient name into the 'To:' field, to bring up a list of previously entered names, from which he then chooses the appropriate address. Unfortunately, for one of his intended recipients he has several e-mail addresses available, including an older one which was for their previous company. He is paranoid about picking the wrong address and accidently sending some confidential information to the wrong company.

I have been asked if I could remove the offending address from the list that appears, but I have had no luck finding it. The only reference I could find was in CUSTOM.DIC, but removing it from there made no difference.

Could someone please tell me where these previously entered addresses exist so that I can edit them.

Many Thanks

Rik
