Outlook XP Question?

Does anyone know where the setting in Outlook XP is that will make it to when I reply to someone it will automatically put them in my address book or my contacts? I know where this setting is in Outlook 2000 but I cannot seem to find it in XP, maybe they took that feature out in the XP version, who knows. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
