Outlook XP on WIN98 undeliverable message

WShen using outlook XP on win98 I send an email and it shows up in the sent folder and at the same time I receive a system administrator reply that says undeliverable. The weird thing is that the outlook test succeeds on everything. What might be the problem?

Have you tried an actual test to someone else's email? POP3 / SMTP correct (I've seen the test fail once or twice)? Can you receive an email from someone?
