Outlook XP Delegate Calendar Problem

Hey all,

Been battling with this one for a week. I have an employee that had the ability to open and update calendar objects for another employee (well, the president of the company). However, as of late, she keeps getting the following error:

"Can't open this item. Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again."

It is, in fact, NOT a memory or system resource issue, as both are wonderful. I have not found any viruses or malware on the machine. I've updated Office with every patch and service pack out there, but continue to get this error. I have also re-created the entire Outlook profile, still a no-go.

It's starting to become a bit of an important issue that needs to be resolved soon. Have any of you come across this one before?

Not specifically heard or come accross this one, but have seen similar with other programs, such as Excel. Are you sure that the calendar hasn't gotten too big for the "external" employee's computer cannot handle opening it? Have you tried letting that employee attempt to logon to a different computer with more resources, and try from there?
