I recently did a partial reformat (i.e. loaded Windows XP from the setup disks and formatted there) and reloaded with Windows XP Pro and Office XP. The computer was previously VERY POORLY partitioned, which is why it required the setup disks to load. So the 2 small (2 GB) partitions were deleted and the load appeared successful. However, whenever I start Outlook it gives me the error that the Add In are not compatible. The problem that I see is that it is trying to put 2 file paths together. When you check the "COM add-in" it gives the same error. It's trying to get the file from "C:\My Docs.....D:\...etc" Does anyone know how to correct this or change the path it's looking in. Uninstalling and re-installing did not work.
Thanks in advance. royhouser

If you think it's impossible...somebody else will set out to prove you wrong.
